Looking to start a training programme but need a push in the right direction? The 5 Week Fit programme could be for you! I designed this programme as a kickstart to fitness. Many people begin their fitness journey with all the right intentions but a lot don’t know the most efficient way to go about it.
You should never feel hungry, You will be amazed at how much food you can eat and still be under your calories. We will also advise you on your fluid intake and your post workout nutrition.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By training with Evolve Personal Training, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Your agreement is with the trainer that will be delivering your training.
These terms and conditions are part of your agreement with the trainer, you understand that they are self employed and you are entering into a contract with them alone.
Your acceptance to commence personal training will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions when you will become a client. You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
⦁ The trainer is a fully qualified personal trainer.
⦁ The trainer will use his/her skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels and medical history.
⦁ The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you will need to achieve your goals.
⦁ You understand that results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. You acknowledge that individual results may vary and results are not guaranteed by the trainer.
⦁ If the trainer is late additional time will be added to the session.
⦁ You agree to disclose to the trainer any medical conditions, health concerns and or previous injuries that may impact your ability to train efficiently.
⦁ The trainer cannot be held liable in any way for any undisclosed information or any unknown medical conditions.
⦁ You must be committed 100% to your training and nutrition programme in order for results to be achieved.
⦁ In order for the trainer to complete the training sessions, you are required to arrive on time and be ready to train at arranged session time.
⦁ If you are late the session cannot be extended and will end at appointed time.
⦁ You are required to wear appropriate clothes and footwear whilst training.
⦁ All clients are recommended to have water on hand whilst training.
⦁ Payment is required in full before the start of the training session.
⦁ Payments for block bookings are required in full before the start of any block.
⦁ Block booking are required to be used within the specified time frame agreed at the start of the block. Only the trainer may make exceptions to this.
⦁ If a block booking does not have a specified time frame, all sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the block starting.
⦁ Payment is to be made by cash or card payment.
⦁ 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or postponements of sessions.
⦁ Less than 24 hour notice will incur full payment of that session.
⦁ Once purchased, your sessions are non refundable and non transferable.
